Severe weather rolling through the area did not halt Hillsborough County Commissioner Al Higginbotham from presenting a county proclamation last month to one of the area’s high school delegates elected as Youth Governor for the 2011/2012 year. The proclamation was presented to 16-year-old Valrico resident Gloriana McClure during one of the bi-weekly meetings of the local Camp Cristina YMCA Youth In Government chapter in Riverview.
